With advanced training in SoulCollage®, the Enneagram, and Dreamwork, Becky offers these tools to assist you in discovering all the many fascinating aspects of who God (or your Higher Power) created you to be.

Two Options for SoulCollage® Open Studios
Returning in September, 2025!
Online open studios occur on the fourth Sunday of every month from 5-7pm Eastern Time. Have all your card-making materials handy and a magazine or two and we’ll spend the time checking in and making cards. Some months we will also include time to read our cards while bearing witness to our fellow SoulCollagers as they, too, pose questions and use their SoulCollage® cards to look inward for answers. The fee for the monthly online Open Studios is $10. Register by email below.
In-person Open Studios will now take place quarterly at my office space in Cary on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm Eastern Time. This longer time frame will allow for more card-making time, community building, and however else we want to spend our time. If your schedule allows, bring your lunch and we’ll follow up our open studio time by breaking bread together. The fee for the 3 hour in-person Open Studios is $25. Bring your card-making supplies or buy them from me for an additional cost and use my images and space. The 2025 dates for in-person Open Studio are February 15, April 5, June 14, and September 20 - Last one of 2025! Register by emailing Becky at beckyhambricksd@gmail.com.

The Paradox of Autumn: A SoulCollage® Day Apart

Releasing to gain, dying to live, darkness to light - Autumn is full of paradoxes. The season teaches us to embrace two apparent opposites in order to grow. Join me for a full day of SoulCollage® as we explore some of the paradoxes of Autumn and consider how integrating these truths can benefit our own journey.
This SoulCollage® experience will introduce you to the key topics of SoulCollage® including the Principles of SoulCollage®, the four suits, and more. Fundamental concepts such as the one and the many, a single energy per card, and letting the card speak will all be covered. Activities will include instruction, card-making, journaling, guided meditation, and small/large group interaction. We will cover all the topics required by SoulCollage Inc. to fulfill the intro workshop prerequisite for SoulCollage® Facilitator Training.This workshop is perfect for beginners and those needing a refresher.
Fee: $125 includes all supplies and lunch

Fall Dream Group Now Forming! Understanding Our Dreams: The Spiritual Practice of Dreamwork
Six- Week Dream Group Beginning 10/6/25.Six Consecutive Mondays, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm EDT

Have you ever wondered what your dreams mean? Have you ever awakened from sleep, scratched your head, and thought, "Wow, that was strange!" What do our dreams mean? Why do we have them? Join us for a six-week dream group where we'll explore our dreams, engage with them, and discern their meaning in our lives.
This six-week dream group will introduce you to the symbolic language of dreams. Using a technique called projective dreamwork, you will keep a dream journal and bring it to the group each week. In this safe and confidential environment, you will gain wisdom about your own dreams and help your fellow group members with theirs.
Don't worry if you have trouble remembering your dreams. You will learn simple techniques to help you remember.
Dates/Times: Six Mondays, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm (10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10)

Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction is the ministry of companioning another while they explore their spiritual life, deepen their relationship with the Divine, and discern how to live in alignment with their faith or values. It is not counseling or therapy but rather a journey of accompaniment where the Spiritual Director listens, asks reflective questions, and helps the directee (the client) become more aware of the presence and movement of God (or the sacred) in their life.
People seek spiritual direction for various reasons, such as:
Strengthening their prayer life
Finding clarity in decision-making
Processing spiritual doubts or struggles
Deepening their sense of purpose
Healing religious wounds and discarding old religious narratives that no longer serve
It is common in many religious traditions, including Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, and others. The process usually involves regular one-on-one monthly meetings. Spiritual Direction sessions are available in person at Becky’s office in Cary, NC and online.
SoulCollage®
SoulCollage® is a creative process that involves arranging and gluing images onto 5x8 inch cards. It is a gentle, playful way of exploring your life by recognizing and honoring different aspects of your authentic Self and giving voice to your soul through collaged images.
The SoulCollage® process encourages the use of intuition and inner wisdom, while you create an incredible deck of cards with deep personal meaning. By answering journal prompts, you can unlock the meaning behind the images. These images serve as a doorway to your soul.
The SoulCollage® community is a welcoming and inclusive space for seekers and creatives to gather for inspiration and support. No artistic ability is required for this technique - only the ability to cut (or tear) and paste.
Becky offers various SoulCollage® opportunities throughout the year, including online and in-person open studios, day-long themed workshops, and multi-day retreats.
The Enneagram
The Enneagram serves as a multifaceted tool for self-discovery, both personally and spiritually. It acts as a map for growth, a mirror for self-reflection, and an entry point for shifting from automatic patterns to authentic living.
What it is NOT is a limiting box that narrowly defines us. When used correctly, the Enneagram is a launching pad for deep personal growth, which can lead to clarity and authenticity - truly living into the person you were created to be.
Identifying the Enneagram type with which you most strongly resonate is just the first step toward living a life of authenticity and purpose. Becky offers Enneagram coaching for those eager to explore more deeply who they were created to be. The Enneagram is an excellent tool for facilitating this journey.
Dreamwork
Dreamwork offers direct access to our inner selves, supporting our journey toward becoming whole and healthy individuals. It is a sacred practice that contributes to the process of individuation. Becky provides individual dream work during spiritual direction sessions, as well as projective dream groups, which are held at various times throughout the year.
